Returns and Exchanges

When you buy products from, we accept items in new condition with the original tags attached for a full refund or exchange. You are entitled to return your purchase during a period of 14 days, calculated from the day following the day on which you received the product in your capacity as a customer.

This applies for all products except for our gift cards, which are not refundable or exchangeable.

As our gift cards are a personalized form of credit, and differ from the products CULTURE CULTIVATION sells online, our return policy does not apply to gift cards. Gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged for cash or any other forms of payments, not even partially.

Typically Non-sale items abide by the 14 day window, though we will not accept "Sale" items for returns or exchanges. Our sale section will be labeled as "Sale" when these terms apply.

A product that you wish to return must satisfy the following conditions:

  • It must be in new condition.
  • It must include the locked price tag and brand label.
  • It must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged.
  • It must be complete (i.e. together with all items such as a belt, drawstring etc. which came with the original product).
  • It must be packaged in a original CULTURE CULTIVATION shipping box, so that we receive the product in an undamaged condition.

How To Make A Return:

  • Get in touch with our customer support either via phone or email and place your request for return. If we have a pickup facility available in your area, we will email you the prepaid shipping label. In case your area is not in our pickup list, you would be requested to arrange the shipment yourself and directly send it to our Warehouse.
  • Pack up your unwanted items in CULTURE CULTIVATION box.
  • Place the prepaid return label on top and handover the package to our pickup person.
  • We will send you an email once we have your returns.

In case of wrong item shipped, you will be refunded the full amount, including the shipping fees of the items returned.

For all other categories, once your return is received and inspected, your payment refund will be processed and you will be refunded the full amount (in the form of Store Credit) of the items returned, minus the cost of shipping. Depending on your bank or credit card company, it can take 5-10 business days to post the refund to your account.


Exchanges are shipped to you free of charge via the same shipping method used to place the original order. 

You can exchange your items for a different size or color, subject to availability.

If you would like to exchange your items for a different style, please return your items for a full refund and place a new order.


Store credit is issued as a digital gift card valued at the refunded amount minus the cost of shipping. You can apply your gift card to orders placed on until the remaining balance is zero.
